One lone bird
Sitting on a tree
Looked for her friends
But none she could see

One lone bird
Sitting on a tree
Then came a friend
Then one, two, three

A group of birds
Sitting on a tree
Laughing and joking
But it's not what it seemed

A group of birds
Flying in the sky
But one bird felt alone
And she asked herself why

A group of birds
Landed on a tree
Met a better group
And they flew towards the sea

But that one lone bird
Watching other birds leave
Looked for her friends
But none she could see

a poem I came up with today on the bus home from school !

WastedI showered you with kindness
I did anything you asked
I was with you when you cried
I was there when you would laugh
I always knew how you were feeling
You never knew when I was sad
I never ever hurt you
Yet you thought you needed 'payback'
So I guess my time was wasted
If only I could go redo the past
So I guess my time was wasted
